"How are your artworks printed/mailed/packaged?"  

FIne Art Giclée prints are printed on 300gsm 100% cotton rag paper using archival pigment inks.
To preserve the colour in your print, please do not hang or place in direct sunlight.
Alternatively, framing with UV resistant glass or acrylic is recommended. 

Poster prints are high quality offset prints made with 200gsm off-white stock.

All prints and posters are packaged in plastic sleeves or tissue within sturdy mailers. 

"How long will it take to receive my order?"

All orders are packaged and posted by me, and generally completed within 2-3 business days from your order,
depending on whether the pieces are in stock or need to be printed on demand. 
From time of posting the shipping time frames via regular Australia Post / Airmail are as follows:

Within Australia - 2-14 Business Days* 

Standard postage to areas within Australia is FREE for any order over $100 with code: FREESHIP.
$10 flat rate for orders under $100.
*Express postage within Australia is available at a flat rate for slightly higher delivery speeds.

"Can I return my print?"  

Unfortunately I cannot accept a return based on change of mind.
If your print arrives damaged I will replace it if stock allows.  
Exchanges are returned at buyers own cost.   

 

"Do you take private commisions?"

Unfortunately due to timing constraints, I'm unable to take private commissions.   

"Can I have a custom-sized print made?" 

All of my prints are available only as listed in my store.
Majority of these are limited editions, so unfortunately no custom-sizes can be ordered.    

"Can I use a digital version of your artwork on my website/blog/social media account?"

As all of my work is covered by copyright, and as such cannot be used or reproduced without my permission, so please do not do this.
Purchasing a print or card does not entitle you to do so.
